I’m shocked that is isn’t more music blog chatter about Carsie Blanton. She is a phenomenal lyricist and have a unique voice that sticks with you. Kinda like that last bit of potato chip wedged in your back right molar. Her album came out last month but is worth tracking down. A jazzy, folky, alt.country kind of affair produced by Oliver Wood.
