Why The F*ck Is No One In America Blogging About ∞ T. Dekker’s Song Sung Blue

Three points to prove music is serendipitous:
I. Last Wednesday, I posted the Old Milwaukee logo – Friday, I get an email about a song called “Old Milwaukee”.

II. I posted a song called “Caroline” in my best of 2008 series today; and Neil Diamond is known for a song called Sweet Caroline.

III. I love swimming in great lakes and have been jonesing for the scenic shores of Lake Superior lately.

Tony Dekker from The Great Lake Swimmers was asked by Greg Kohns to write some original music as the score to his documentary “Song Sung Blue”. The doc follows the husband and wife Neil Diamond cover band Lightning & Thunder.

I haven’t seen the documentary – which is winning some accolades – but the music is amazing.

Info on the documentary.
